Ruby is a third-year Psychological Science student at Deakin University with a passion for understanding human behaviour. She has a strong background in healthcare, with over six years of professional experience in medical administration, People and Culture, and customer service. Her work in these areas has deepened her understanding of patient care, healthcare systems, and the importance of person-centred support.

In addition to her healthcare experience, Ruby has worked in disability support, where she is dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life. She takes a compassionate, client-centred approach to her work, drawing on her academic knowledge to provide meaningful support. She values continuous learning and is eager to apply her skills to create positive change.

Outside of work and study, Ruby enjoys travelling, spending time with family and friends and her two Golden Retrievers. She also has a strong love for sports, particularly netball and enjoys staying active.
