Counsellor Specialising in Men’s Mental Health
After working through depression and mental health issues, I trained and worked as a mental health support worker for about four years. Later I went to university and got my Masters in Counselling. I started working as a counsellor in 2022 once I had a Graduate Diploma of Counselling, whilst still completing my Masters. I am passionate about listening to people’s individual stories and believe that we all have unique strengths that we can use to make our lives better.
I find balance in life important and find sleep, exercise, creative expression, nature and socialising important. I love music and play bass guitar, and love swimming, the beach and nature. I meditate daily and try to be mindful and aware of what I do and what is happening around me.
