Hi, I’m Lisa, a dedicated and passionate professional with over 10 years of experience in aged care and nearly 5 years in disability support. From the very start of my working life, I have committed myself to making a difference in the lives of those who need it most.
With extensive hands-on experience in both professional and personal settings, I have developed a deep understanding of the NDIS and the challenges faced by individuals living with disabilities. My approach is driven by empathy, kindness, and a strong desire to ensure the best possible outcomes for participants, supporting them in achieving their goals and advocating for their needs.
I am currently studying counselling to further expand my skills and provide even greater support to those I work with. This journey allows me to deepen my understanding of mental health and well-being, reinforcing my ability to assist participants with a holistic and person-centred approach.
Outside of work and study, my greatest joy comes from spending time with my two beautiful girls, creating amazing memories together. Whether it’s fun adventures, quality time at home, or simply enjoying the little moments, family is at the heart of everything I do.
I am incredibly excited for this new chapter in my career. My loyalty, eagerness to learn, and unwavering dedication push me to always give my absolute best. I look forward to continuing my journey, making a positive impact, and supporting both the individuals I work with and the team around me.

Navigating life with unique challenges often requires specialised support. Mental therapy and counselling are crucial in providing NDIS participants with the tools and strategies needed to manage emotions, build resilience, and foster a positive outlook on life.
