Behavioural Support Practitioner
I am a dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner with extensive experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), intellectual disabilities and other mental health complex diagnoses. With a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of South Australia (UniSA), I bring a deep understanding, empathy, and expertise to my role, ensuring I provide meaningful and effective support to my clients.
I am particularly passionate about working with adults aged 30 to 60, specialising in supporting those on the Autism spectrum, intellectual disabilities, and other complex mental health diagnoses. My focus is on delivering personalised, evidence-based strategies that empower individuals to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Outside of my work, I have a strong passion for watching cricket, especially following the Indian cricket team. In my free time, I enjoy staying active at the gym, experimenting with cooking, spending time with friends and family, and going for walks. These activities keep me balanced and motivated, helping me bring my best self to my professional role.

Navigating life with unique challenges often requires specialised support. Mental therapy and counselling are crucial in providing NDIS participants with the tools and strategies needed to manage emotions, build resilience, and foster a positive outlook on life.
