From 2020 to 2021, she honed her skills at genU Training, earning a Certificate III in Individual Support, with a focus on Ageing, Home, and Community care. In 2002, she delved into her passion for art at the University of Ballarat, and in 2001, she fortified her IT skills from the same institution.
Robyn’s personal qualities are a testament to her character. She possesses exceptional customer service skills, enjoys interacting with and assisting others, and relates positively to people from diverse backgrounds. Her outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, have been honed through her experiences. Robyn excels both independently and within a team, always respecting confidentiality and displaying initiative in her tasks. She approaches her work with the utmost professionalism, maintaining patience and a calm demeanour even in challenging situations. Her proficiency in computer skills adds to her versatility.
Robyn’s professional journey has been marked by significant contributions. Her current role as an Executive Assistant at Ararat Wellness exemplifies her dedication to personal and organizational growth. Prior to this, she served as a Support Worker, where she assisted clients with daily tasks and facilitated community participation. Her 10-years as an Administrator/Customer Service representative showcased her knack for handling customer interactions, managing office operations, and maintaining a professional image.

As an Executive Assistant at Ararat Wellness, she continues to make a positive impact and contribute to the growth of our Counselling and Positive Behavioural Support services both locally and nationally.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Robyn actively engages in voluntary work. Her past role as a Co-Ordinator at the Ararat Advisory & Assistance Centre demonstrates her commitment to serving her community. In her leisure time, Robyn enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gardening, sewing, reading, and the great outdoors, showcasing her diverse interests and a well-rounded personality.
